1. Can I mix different materials in one PCB?
Yes. Hybrid PCBs use different materials to balance cost and performance—for example, combining standard FR4 with high-frequency cores in one stack-up.
2. How many reflow cycles can FR4 materials withstand?
It is hard to give a precise answer, but we have made tests with material with up to 22 reflows, four of these with a peak temperature of 270C°. The stress after 22 reflows is considerable, and the material can degrade, but all connections remained functional. Our recommendation is to choose a higher-grade material where there are more than 6 layers and thicker than 1.6 mm.
3. Which PCB surface is best for lead-free soldering?
There is no “best surface”; all surfaces have their pros and cons. Which one you should choose depends on many factors. Please consult our technicians.
4. What is the PCB manufacturing process like?
Before we begin manufacturing the PCBs, we require you to provide the necessary files, such as Gerber data files, aperture files, drill files, and circuit board specifications. We will then begin manufacturing the PCB circuit boards based on these specifications and files.

5. Do you support custom PCB manufacturing?
Yes, we support custom PCB products, as well as custom packaging and labeling. We will first evaluate your requirements; please contact us to discuss your detailed product customization needs.
6. What certifications do you hold?
We hold IATF 16949, AS9100D,ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, SGS, QC080000, UL, and other certifications to ensure that every PCB product you receive meets high industry quality standards.
7. Regarding the software used for PCB design?
Currently, we only support the Gerber file format for PCB design files. This is the optimal format for us, as using Gerber files allows us to manufacture your PCBs with precision.
8. Regarding logistics and shipping?
We utilize internationally recognized carriers, including DHL, FedEx, and UPS, to ensure reliable delivery times for your products.
We provide tracking for every shipment, guaranteeing the traceability of your products. You can contact us for the most accurate delivery times and choose between standard or expedited shipping for flexible delivery options.
9. Regarding packaging?
Our export packaging uses moisture-proof vacuum sealing to prevent damage from moisture during transportation.
10. What about after-sales service?
