How many reflow cycles can FR4 materials withstand?<\/a>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/h4>\n\n\t\t\t\t\t<div id=\"elementor-tab-content-1732\" class=\"elementor-tab-content elementor-clearfix\" data-tab=\"2\" role=\"region\" aria-labelledby=\"elementor-tab-title-1732\"><p>It is hard to give a precise answer, but we have made tests with material with up to 22 reflows, four of these with a peak temperature of 270C\u00b0. The stress after 22 reflows is considerable, and the material can degrade, but all connections remained functional.
